Bridie Gilbert is a stylist and creative director working between Australia and Europe. She is influenced by early and modern photography and film, and tries to incorporate these qualities in to her own work. Bridie Gilbert is interested in the intersection between fashion and other creative worlds, and how they meet to produce new work with a contemporary perspective.
Bridie held the position of Fashion Editor-at-Large at RUSSH magazine and has contributed to SSAW, Puss Puss, Harper's Bazaar, T Magazine, EY!, Modern Weekly Style, Love Want, Index, Hot Potato, 10 Magazine, The Ingenue, and Heroine. She has worked with photographers including Harri Peccinotti, Elina Kechicheva, Drew Jarrett, Perry Ogden and Derek Henderson, and with models including Karen Elson, Angela Lindvall, Emma Balfour and Isabeli Fontana.
Bridie’s commercial clients include OAMC, Zara, Commas, Jordan Dalah, Ellery, Carl Kapp, Scanlan and Theodore, Jac + Jack, Guy Lab, The Australian Fashion Council, AMEX, NAB, Afterpay, Optus, Samsung, Volvo, Mecca, Bonds, and Adidas.
