1. Dan Martensen Documents World Central Kitchen’s Work Across the World, featured in i-D

For the last two years Dan Martensen has been following, working with and photographing the World Central Kitchen on its mission to provide food in the wake of natural disasters. The latest of i-D features a selection of photographs and a conversation between Dan Martensen and WFC founder chef José Andrés which you can read online by clicking here.

On the wake of the current Covid-19 crisis Dan Martensen has started a campaign to raise funds for the WCK. “You have the luxury of a hot meal, what to eat, when to eat... help those who don’t. Help WCK provide meals to the most vulnerable families in a desperate time of need. Covid-19 has had a devastating effect around the world especially in poor communities where many children rely on school to provide the only meal they will in their day.”
